About the Role:

This position will be responsible for marketing support and operational activities as a key member of the Brand Team working on a potential rare disease launch in the US (Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia). Supports the Brand Marketing teams with the execution of marketing programs including a broad range of tactics and materials. Uses accumulated business knowledge and judgment to analyze the issues and deliver on assigned tasks that support marketing departmental needs.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
  • Aggregates and responds to field inquiries on marketing programs and resources

  • Analyzes marketing data and provides summary reports

  • Aggregates and disseminates marketing program performance reports

  • Distributes communication materials including field communications and marketing materials

  • Liaises with agencies/vendors and internal stakeholders on project status and deliverables to ensure timely/accurate execution of programs and campaigns

  • Supports promotional review of marketing materials as needed

  • Assists brand teams with aspects of event planning, including working with vendors and event coordinators

  • Works with cross functional partners to maintain, improve marketing processes and systems (e.g., Veeva)

  • Supports and tracks projects to ensure work is done on time and on budget

  • Administrative responsibilities may include; coordinate team and department meetings, supports legal reviews of documents, contracts and vendor proposals, submission and tracking of SOWs and invoices, organizes financial department reporting

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree in marketing or related field and 2+ years of marketing or related experience OR

  • Master's degree and some related experience

  • Understands Neurocrine's business objectives and developing understanding of Neurocrine's services and customers

  • Has experience in specific functional discipline while working to acquire higher-level knowledge and skills

  • Comfortable with tools and processes that support work conducted by functional area

  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong internal working relationships

  • Strong computer skillsStrong computer skills, including Excel, Word, Power Point, able to learn new systems and platforms (e.g. Veeva)

  • Good communications, problem-solving, analytical thinking skills

  • Detail oriented

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Good project management skills

  • Organized and process oriented

  • Working knowledge of market research

  • Strategic thinking skills

  • Ability to apply creative and forward thinking to work initiatives

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $77,800.00-$112,750.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
